Paige Baumann is a real estate agent in West Seattle, Washington, specializing in helping buyers feel confident, informed, and supported throughout their home-buying journey. After four years of experience working with both buyers and sellers, Paige is proud to be part of the Kamila Kennedy Homes Team. Together, Paige and Kamila bring a combined 12 years of real estate expertise, offering clients thoughtful guidance, strategic insight, and a supportive team approach.

Raised in Washington State, Paige grew up in the Normandy Park neighborhood and has lived in several Seattle communities, including Eastlake and Capitol Hill. Her firsthand knowledge of Seattle’s neighborhoods—combined with a genuine love for the area—allows her to help buyers find homes that align not only with their needs, but with the lifestyle they envision.

With thoughtful preparation and a clear strategy, Paige has successfully guided buyers through multiple market conditions, from fast-paced seller’s markets to more balanced environments, adjusting offer strategies to meet each moment with confidence. Her ability to read the market and tailor an approach ensures buyers are both competitive and well-protected, no matter the conditions.

A proud University of Washington alum (Go Dawgs!), Paige also studied interior design at the Seattle Design Center’s Heritage Academy of Design, giving her a trained eye when touring homes and helping buyers see potential beyond the surface—whether that’s envisioning layout changes, understanding value, or spotting opportunity.

Known for her warm, approachable style, Paige pairs strategy with empathy. She believes great communication is personal, not one-size-fits-all, and is happy to meet clients where they are, adapting to different communication styles so the process feels clear, supportive, and manageable from start to finish.

When she’s not working with clients, Paige enjoys exploring Seattle’s incredible restaurant scene, hiking and getting outside with her dog—fully embracing the Pacific Northwest lifestyle she loves helping others call home.
